Payment Policy

ClearPath Property Services accepts payments via cash, card, or check. By choosing to work with ClearPath Property Services, patrons agree to these payment options and the associated terms. In the event that a check is returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason, a fee of $75 will be added to the total balance due. This fee must be paid in full, along with the original amount, before any further services can be rendered. By engaging with ClearPath Property Services for estate cleanouts, junk removal, and bulk item disposal, patrons acknowledge and accept these payment terms in their entirety.
