Estate Cleanouts, Junk Removal & Bulk Item Disposal

Customers are responsible for identifying all items they wish to keep before work begins.

By authorizing work, customers confirm they have the legal authority to approve the removal, donation, recycling, or disposal of all designated items.

Once items have been removed from the property, they may not be recoverable.

ClearPath Property Services reserves the right to refuse the removal of hazardous materials, illegal items, biohazards, explosives, chemicals, asbestos, or any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal regulations.


Moving Services

Moving services are available within our designated service area and are subject to scheduling and availability.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Properly packing fragile or valuable items unless packing services have been requested.
  • Emptying drawers, cabinets, safes, and appliances before moving.
  • Ensuring walkways and access points are safe and unobstructed.
  • Inspecting all belongings before our crew departs the destination.

While every reasonable effort is made to protect your belongings during loading, transportation, and unloading, ClearPath Property Services is not responsible for damage to customer-packed boxes, improperly packed items, pre-existing damage, or items left inside furniture, cabinets, drawers, or appliances.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their project and requested services.

Customers should remove or secure:

  • Jewelry
  • Firearms
  • Medications
  • Important documents
  • Family heirlooms
  • Sentimental or irreplaceable items

before work begins.

Failure to identify these items prior to service may result in their accidental removal, for which ClearPath Property Services cannot be held responsible.

Customers are also responsible for providing a safe work environment and securing pets and children away from active work areas.
